Who & Where are We?

Just a ten minutes stroll from the beautiful beaches of Felpham,  “Felpham Fields” is an organisation of some sixty freeholders residing in  three Private Roads, Ley Road (private section), Duncton Close and Tryndel Way (excluding the part of Tryndel Way running south from the southernmost boundary of 15 Tryndel Way) as this section of Tryndel Way is retained under a separate Private Land Title. There exists a pedestrian and vehicle Access right of way over these roads We are a small community and our aim is for everyone to live here in harmony, support each other and enjoy the wonderful environment and facilities that “Felpham Fields” has to offer.

We all share a desire to enjoy living in this unique community by the sea and to preserve our joint assets.

The membership of “Felpham Fields Residents Association Ltd” contributes to the Management and Maintenance of “Felpham Fields”, with a sound and sensible outlook and a great deal of combined experience, who represent our interests effectively and ensure that everything is well managed now and in the future.

How

The Management of “Felpham Fields”  business is “Felpham Fields Residents Association Ltd. which is a not for profit private limited company limited by guarantee. Members are provided with access to a copy of The Company’s Memorandum & Articles of Association and Annual Report & Accounts. 

Every Member is a Member of ‘The Company’ – Felpham Fields Residents Association Ltd. 

Felpham Fields Residents Association Ltd. Is a Limited Company set up and incorporated in June 2020 with the specific aims to protect and promote the rights and interests of the members of the company in the development and management of Ley Road (private section), Duncton Close and Tryndel Way (*) and to promote and encourage social interaction between the members of the company.

How do I become a member

To become a member of the company a person must be either –

(a) the owner of a property in Ley Road (private section), Duncton Close or Tryndel Way (excluding the part of Tryndel Way running south from the southernmost boundary of 15 Tryndel Way) Bognor Regis, West Sussex; the spouse or partner of a member living at the same address,

or

(b) a person in respect of whom the company has exercised its discretion to grant special membership within the meaning of the company Article of Association.
